The idea for AccessTherapyNow.com was born when founder Jodi Gilbert, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Health Coach, spent time searching for a place to list her practice that didn’t cost a fortune, but would be easy for prospective clients to find her. To her disappointment, she found most other directories expensive and limited in the number of therapists making it an inadequate tool for individuals looking for a single resource of finding a good therapist. Realizing many others were struggling with this same problem, Jodi decided to take matters into her own hands to create AccessTherapyNow.com. Today, her mission is to act as a therapist finder and therapist provider, and effectively connect therapists and clients such that both enjoy a healthy therapeutic relationship.
